This is the second Small Town Times interview with Rod Bilz, a board member with Discovery Routes Trails and member of Building Blocks, as well as other groups, focused on community betterment through strategic development downtown and Active Living planning. Bilz shared the Discovery Routes news and progress about several trail opportunities in the area, plus a plug for an event he organizes at the Stepping Stones Trails in East Ferris. We also talked about the Zero Homeless efforts to figure out solutions to priority issues, including legislative changes so doctors can order treatment for those incapacitated by drug addictions combined with or causing mental health deficits.
